Photo Use & Consent Agreement

By uploading or submitting a photograph to A&H Printers, Inc., you hereby grant A&H Printers, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and modify the photograph, in whole or in part, in both print and digital formats. This includes, but is not limited to, use in the Community Events Calendar and in any promotional, marketing, or advertising materials related to the Community Events Calendar.

You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the photograph or otherwise have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit the photograph and to grant the rights described herein. You further represent that the photograph does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

By submitting the photograph, you consent to its use by A&H Printers, Inc. as described above and release A&H Printers, Inc. from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of or related to the use of the photograph as permitted under this agreement.
