Dates will be added year-round, and at our discretion, to the Google Calendar for folks to get the latest information. To be included in the print calendar, certain requirements must be met. If your event is eligible, we will email you with more information.

Event Submission & Permission Agreement

By submitting an event to A&H Printers, Inc., you represent and warrant that you have the authority and permission to submit the event and all related information, including event details, descriptions, dates, locations, names, and any associated content.

You grant A&H Printers, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to publish, display, distribute, reproduce, edit, and promote the submitted event and related information, in whole or in part, in both print and digital formats. This includes, but is not limited to, use in the Community Events Calendar and in any promotional, marketing, or advertising materials related to the Community Events Calendar.

By submitting the event, you consent to the use of the event information as described above and release A&H Printers, Inc. from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of or related to the publication or promotion of the submitted event.

If your date qualifies by submission time and type of event, to be included in the Print Calendar, we will contact you with more information.
